Adem Demir holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English Language Teaching. After working at institutions such as the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Adem Demir has been a lecturer at the International Relations Office of Sivas Cumhuriyet University since 2019, where he also manages youth projects. He has experience in ESC, Erasmus Higher Education, Erasmus Youth, and School Education programs. Adem Demir maintains active communication with many institutions abroad and is actively involved in all project processes of the Buruciye Youth and Education Association, contributing to ensuring that participants gain the best experience from Erasmus projects. Since 2015, Adem Demir has been involved in youth project activities at various NGOs and government institutions and has participated in Erasmus+ activities and seminars organized by the Ministry of National Education, the Turkish National Agency, and other youth NGOs and institutions.
Özer Ünveran, who graduated from Cumhuriyet University with a degree in Classroom Teaching in 2006, is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in “Creative Drama and Vocational Guidance.” Working as a Classroom Teacher at the Qatar Turkish School under the Ministry of National Education, Özer Ünveran provides teacher training on identifying special needs students and implementing practices in support education rooms. He writes Support Education Room activities and Enriched Education Plans for students with special talents. He is the Ministry of National Education’s Coordinator in Sivas for this field. Additionally, as a volunteer with KODA (Village Schools Exchange Network Association), which has a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of National Education, he has been developing interdisciplinary-based lesson flows and integrated lesson plans for village schools for 4 years. The activities he wrote with other volunteers have been published in a book by the Ministry. Furthermore, he also serves as a regional trainer in various educational fields such as Orienteering, Chess Coaching, Teaching Turkish as a Second Language, Museum Education, Creative Drama Leadership, and Storytelling.

Muhammed Selvi is a dedicated youth worker affiliated with the Sivas Directorate of Youth and Sports. With a strong passion for engaging and empowering young people, he has been instrumental in organizing various youth-focused activities and programs in the region. In addition to his work as a youth worker, Muhammed is also an accomplished archery coach. His expertise and commitment to the sport have enabled him to train and mentor aspiring archers, fostering discipline, focus, and a sense of achievement among his students. His dual roles reflect his dedication to promoting both personal and athletic development among the youth in Sivas.

Hatice Demir serves as the Vice President of our organization, bringing her expertise and dedication to managing the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program and volunteer coordination. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of ESC projects, from recruitment and onboarding of volunteers to ensuring the successful implementation of activities. Hatice is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for young people, fostering their personal and professional growth through well-structured and impactful volunteering experiences. Her leadership and organizational skills contribute significantly to the smooth operation and success of our ESC initiatives.
