VISION
Our vision is to prepare and inspire the next generation of global youth for a sustainable future through constructive participation and empowerment in the service of humanity, via tolerance, shared values, collaboration, and mutual understanding. Among our top priorities are preparing and developing global youth who appreciate and embody values of integrity, creativity, innovation, hard work, service, and environmental appreciation.
Strategic Priorities:
- Youth Engagement: Buruciye Youth and Education Association provides opportunities for young people to develop skills and knowledge, empowering them to take active roles in their communities. Engagement, recognition, and intergenerational exchange are key to providing a framework for our young members.
- Educational Methods: The Youth Program should offer a broad learning environment that strengthens young people’s capacity to face the challenges of tomorrow. The Association must attract, train, and retain quality volunteers to implement the Youth Program effectively.
- Diversity and Inclusion: The Association’s activities should reflect the communities it operates within and actively work to embrace all individuals without discrimination. This diversity should be reflected not only in membership but also in the methods and programs used within the movement.
- Social Impact: Every member should be involved in community service and share their experiences to inspire others. Through activities and projects, members contribute to their communities and become leaders of positive change.
- Communication and External Relations: Our members’ profiles should accurately reflect what we do and why we do it, mirroring our shared values. We should be recognized as a leading youth movement globally by using the most effective communication methods and strategically establishing appropriate partnerships.
